-Aménagement des temps de travail :
-Télétravail 1 jour par semaine pour les postes éligibles.
-Reprise du compte épargne temps, 25 jours de congés annuels, jusqu’à 15 jours de RTT pour un cycle à 37h30 par semaine.
-Semaine de travail possible sur 4.5 jours
-Participation employeur à la mutuelle labélisée à hauteur de 20 % .
